★壮大なファンタジーが描かれたロール・プレイング・ゲーム「バナー・サーガ(The Banner Saga)」のオリジナル・サウンドトラック。作曲を担当したのは、あの「Journey(風ノ旅ビト)」で第55回グラミー賞「Best Score Soundtrack For Visual Media」にノミネートされ、英国映画テレビ芸術アカデミー(BAFTA)で作曲賞を受賞したオースティン・ウィントリーが手掛けています。そしてもちろん録音を担当するのが、同じくグラミー賞受賞エンジニアであるリファレンス・レコーディングスのキース・O・ジョンソン。演奏はアメリカ最初のウィンド・オーケストラであるダラス・ウィンド・シンフォニーが壮大なゲームの世界観を存分に表現しています。
