★サックス/フルート/クラリネット奏者のマグナス・リンドグレンとピアニストのジョン・ビーズリーというグラミー受賞アレンジャーコンビによる待望のデュオ作。
★スウェーデン出身、ストックホルム・ジャズシーンの中心人物でもあるマグナス・リンドグレンと、近年、セロニアス・モンクのプロジェクトでも素晴らしいアレンジ手腕を発揮したジョン・ビーズリー。両者がアレンジを務め、SWR Bigbandがチャーリー・パーカーの代表曲を現代に蘇らせた『Bird Lives』では2023年グラミー賞最優秀インストゥルメンタル編曲賞を受賞。
★本作は11曲のオリジナル曲と、ビートルズの名曲「Come Together 」のアレンジで構成。『Bird Lives』と同様、それぞれヨーロッパとアメリカという異なる音楽的背景を持っている両者の共通項と相違が、デュオというフォーマットでは大編成以上にクローズアップされ、絶妙な調和を見せている。
